Energy Pack IPO Lottery 2021
Applications for the company’s IPO began on December 6 to select the lottery winners. Last December 11 at 5 pm. On October 21, the regulator Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) approved the company’s IPO at its 845th meeting. The company then fixes the date of IPO subscription as per the rules.
The company started applying for an IPO to sell 2 crores 1 lakh 46 thousand 600 ordinary shares to the general investors at a price of Tk 31 (10 percent discount from the edge limit). The company will raise Tk 62.45 crore through this share issue to the general investors.
Earlier, bidding investors set a cut-off price of Rs 35 per share for the company. 2 crores 1 lakh 46 thousand 7 will be issued to the eligible investors at this rate. 70 crore 51 lakh 36 thousand 610 takas will be withdrawn from eligible investors. By raising this money, the company will spend on business expansion, bank loan repayment, and IPO costs.
According to the company’s consolidated financial statement for June 30, 2019, the net asset value per share (including revaluation reserves) stood at Tk 45.15 and net asset value per share (excluding revaluation reserves) stood at Tk 30.20.
